I recently purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. They were not working out but this company graciously exchanged them for traditional lenses.

I have placed two orders for three pairs of glasses and have my third selection ready to go. Here's why: 1) AMAZING selection. From classic to wacky, pick YOU and 3) DEALS galore! For whatever your need: one, two or three pairs of glasses can be had at a STEAL. Coupons on their website. Now, I have loved each pair of my glasses but one. It just didn't fit right on my face (an error in my measurements), so I reached out to customer service and they were GREAT. We discussed options, and I was able to select something fabulous (the Oldwin, if you're curious!) Now, my new pair are in the queue to be made. I will have to wait 10-21 days as stated on their site, but I am confident that they will be PERFECT. Looking forward to my new pair and will be placing my third order soon!

I had an awful experience with this company. They made mistakes while customizing my lenses according to my prescription, which caused me immense headaches. When I reached out to customer service via text, the representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t even try to understand my concerns. I requested a shipping label to return the product due to their manufacturing error, but they insisted I pay for the return shipping. Why should I bear the cost for their mistake? That is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail in delivering a proper product, but their customer service was also unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience.

Love, love, love my glasses. I did purchase one pair that the lense may be borderline too small for progressive lenses, so keep this in mind when purchasing. Not returning as i still love them.will purchase again.

Wonderful range of eyewear! Bought 2 pairs of reading/magnifier glasses and they are not only beautiful but functional.

I like the frames and they fit well. However, I can see well if looking straight ahead but looking down or to the side is not good. The sections for the progressive lenses do not seem to be quite right. I'm disappointed and probably won't buy here again.
