I was impressed with the over all experience however my glasses seems to have to get use to cause something is off with them.

I received my glasses much quicker than I expected. They were very pretty - first class - and the prescription was spot on. The price was remarkable. I recommend MuukalOptical highly.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and they were delivered to Newburgh Indiana. I live in Las Vegas Nevada. I reached out to customer service for new glasses or a refund and haven’t heard back. Edit: HORRIBLE experience with customer service. Had to submit a claim through my credit card company. It is pending an investigation. Customer service was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Incorrect address was used during checkout, I discovered the mistake and updated the address on their website within 24 hours. 2 days later, the items were shipped and the shipping confirmation was to my address in North Las Vegas. The items never showed up - they were delivered to the incorrect address. Happy to send screenshots of shipping email and text messages. Would 100% NOT recommend them. They have stolen my money and blamed me for their mistake of not double checking the shipping address before sending the items. Refused to remake or refund unless I removed my review FIRST. Only then would they be willing to help me.
