Tried reaching out and they don’t respond. Unfortunately out the money of glasses I can’t see out of and bad customer service. No you didn’t reach out other than a text after this review saying you never received my email. An email that was sent from your website, your response to this was more odd versus reaching out to fix the issue.

This was my first time ordering with Muukal. I used the 3 for $119 coupon. I am VERY pleased with my order. I was impressed to find a pair I had wanted on another site that did not allow that style to hold progressive lenses. I love them all and will be telling everyone how pleased I am! I will order again!!

Omg I have ordered from here multiple times. I just did the 2nd fastest shipping & it took like a week or so which is super fast. Regular shipping takes about 2 weeks or so. I love every single pair of eyeglasses I've purchased here. The prices are out of this world & the customer service, who does take time bcuz they're not from here, but they are just the best & super helpful. I've only had 1 issue which I'm still dealing with, but it is being handled accordingly. For the ppl who criticize Muukal or put down on them or had a bad experience I'm sry for, but I think those ppl dnt know what they are doing or maybe they just like to complain who knows. This company mis amazing & when it comes to affordability they're the ones & for ppl like me who are single parents & barely getting by this company helps me to have cute stylish & affordable eyewear & I hope the critics don't ruin it for us. The lens come pre standard @ 1.61 which is very thin btw & ur local eye Dr starts w/like 1.50 or whatever it is which is super thick & then most online companies start w/1.67 which is thick too. So this company actually is amazing @ offering the thinnest lenses amongst many other lens options u can choose frm. Ppl complain about that which baffles me bcuz they obviously dnt know eyeglasses lol. Don't even think about it just do it u won't regret it. I love Muukal & I'm blessed to be a customer & I hope other ppl don't ruin y'all for ppl like me. God bless y'all for life & beyond. What y'all are doing is a wonderful thing & besides all this trade war crap & these tarrif prices crap pls keep doing what y'all do. Don't let the U.S ruin y'all for ppl like me pls bcuz I need y'all. Thank u so much.
