I am very pleased!! Glasses work great and look great. Transition is not super dark in sun but it does get darker. The shipping was very quick. When I did communicate with the customer service they were quick to respond and polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely order again!!!!

Ordered a few pair and I love them all. The prescription was correct and every pair fit beautifully. It came in a plastic case and even came with a glasses tool. I am definitely gonna order from here again 😀

My glasses were perfect. I could see better out of them than my glasses bought at doctors office. Great price also!

Do not do business with this company I would give zero stars if I could. Products did arrive, but not as ordered, which is very important for eyewear. My original review was requested to be removed by the company in order to process a PARTIAL refund Well for your underhand business practices you have also been reported to trading standards for breach of product accuracy that could cause harm. Long story below: Don't order from this company. They don't care about providing the product you ordered, they are purely there to make money. $50 refund from $119 spent $60 made everytime for providing substandard products Original comment thread is below - reinstated after partial refund received. Asking me to delete it is not a good way to do professional business! 3 pairs on their offer and all 3 were set incorrectly. The pupil distance was over 6mm out each eye causing double vision. Upon marking up the lenses all but 2 of the 6 were tilted and would not pass British standards for tolerance. One lens of the 6 was so off power I could not see through it at all. I'm pursuing remakes but finding the links of areas of the website to contact them to resolve this is proving difficult. Hoping this review will prompt some kind of connection from them. Edit after response: I was prompted that these were oversized at ordering and paid extra for a larger lens blank being used to accommodate for this. Spectacles are of no use to the user if they are not made to the parameters they are ordered. This is like saying the price for a size 10 dress is £10 but more material needs to be used if you order size 18. I paid for more material to be used to fill the lens. Thanks for replying with your standard reply to everyone but the pupil distance is not part of the prescription so sending you the script would not have any bearing in this instance. I would like my spectacles to be made as I ordered them so that they sit correctly in front of my pupils as I ordered and paid for them to be Edit 2 : I've provided all aspects of the prescription and photos you requested via email and have heard nothing for 4 days. Unacceptable muukal! 29.05.2025 edit: the spectacles are not too big for me. I am a qualified dispensing optician of over 20 years. Your returns policy on your website states the reasons for refunds and nowhere does it have the basis of removing reviews in order to process these. Your methods are underhand and unprofessional. I did not say anything was OK, I was merely exercising my right for a fair refund as per your policies. It is very unfortunate for your company that you only reply to reviews and not direct correspondence to your customer services team. My honest review will be staying.
