Legitimate business. Lenses are on point. Glasses are great quality. Great value. Easy to deal with. Tracker keeps you in the know of status and when shipped. The wait is well worth it. Try them out. Second time purchase after first purchase 2 yrs ago.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and love each one of them! They are lightweight, beautiful and sit well on my face. The processing time and delivery was very quick. I have one tiny complaint and that is that the one arm on one of the glasses needs adjusting. They provided a little tool but this adjustment might require bending the metal slightly so I'm concerned about breaking them when I try that. Despite that, I will definitely order more glasses from this company!

Nice selection at great prices, even for progressives and transitions, but customer service is hit or miss. When a pair just wasn't as good of a fit as I had hoped, they let me keep the glasses and refunded 50%. When they screwed up the prescription on an entire order, however, they made me pay to send them all back and still haven't refunded anything or replied to my follow-up inquiries.

Bought three pairs of glasses with the same prescription in each. Each pair feels/ wrong in different ways. I placed each under a lensmeter (I’m an ophthalmic technician) and read each pair and there were all roughly the same prescription. I’ve bought dozens of glasses online from other companies with no issues. Will not be buying from Muukal again.

I pair of 3 is perfect. The other 2 are not the colors I ordered.
