I ordered 3 pairs of glasses in March and received on the 21st. I wore them ONCE and put them in the case provided. I just put them on, and the lenses are wavy, distorted and unusable. When I contacted Muukal, they wanted to charge me to talk to a technician!

These glasses are horrible. The frames are beautiful. The lenses are horrible. I took them to my optometrist and they stated the lenses are not what was sent on the prescription. Great deal but I can’t use them!

I love your frame selection and the 3 for $119 is excellent. I am disappointed in the delivery process...paid for expedited, but still haven't been advised that they shipped

The glasses received are not useable. However, I suspect the prescription I recently obtained and used for this order is severely flawed, resulting in glasses that just don't work. I don't think it's Muukal's fault. I will get a new prescription from a different provider to compare and possibly try again for new glasses.

This was my first time ordering glasses online. I was a little nerve about my prescription but when I received them everything was great. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I bought few times my glasses from muukal. Very cheap quality and very bad service. I paid for extended warranty because I knew it would break down in 2 weeks. It really broke down in 2 weeks. I contacted them to replace. They said to remove my reviews then they will replace it. I don't know how to remove my reviews and I will not add negative feedback until I am very disappointed because I don't like to harm someone business. I am absolutely not happy with muukal glasses.
