When I ordered my glasses I inputted my numbers for my Rx. My eyes have changed since those previous Rx were issued. I asked for my glasses to be made the way I ordered them. They didn't do what I asked and my 3 pairs of brand new glasses are useless. I want my money back!!! I don't want replacement glasses. Please send me a refund. I do not want to do business with a company that employs people with such abusive customer service. I have the documented proof if you need it. Tell me where to send the glasses. How do I go about getting this done?

Customer service is horrible. Glasses were not made well. My glasses were blurry. I also just got a pair from Warby Parker and a pair last year from Costco from the same Rx. Muukal was the only one to get it wrong with both glasses I ordered. They insisted the Rx they made was right and even though their website says they have a 90 day guarantee and refund policy "for any reason" they refused to refund me. I offered to send the glasses back if they provided a shipping label. They said I would need to ship back to China and also pay customs fees. That's not a guarantee. That's a scam and illegal terms of service wording to be selling in the US. Maybe the good reviews are from low Rx. My reading glasses are +4.75. The glasses were so bad you could see that one eye was magnified way larger than the other eye and the Rx is the same in both. I sent a picture. They just said the frames were too large, even though it's the same frame size I've been wearing for 25 years. I'm now just disputing with my credit card.

The glasses are great. I ordered 3 for 119.00. of the three there is one pair that i do not like. Still a great deal for the price. This price included bifocals.

Their website made it easy to select and order my glasses. Delivery was right on time and the glasses are what I expected. Hard to beat the three piece deal.

Muukal offers a wide variety of stylish frames and their price for a complete pair of glasses is unbeatable. My progressive lenses were less than 1/3 the cost of Pair Eyewear! And with the current specials like BOGO or 3/$119, you can can get several pairs inexpensively. The quality is just as good as any other online retailer I have tried. My prescription is perfect. The only downside I found is that my order took a little longer to arrive, but the wait was not unreasonable.
