Sent 3 faulty glasses
Sent 3 faulty glasses. One totally damaged. Side arms sharp andnot the same le gth and nose pads dont stick on and fall off. All progressive. One i can't see near or far clearly . Third gives me headaches. I contacted them and after 20 emails they are not sending refund UNLESS I CHANGE MY FEEDBACK. They want me to send to China to get 50%refund even though their website says full refund. I was sent the glasses from Australia. I have proof as it came with Australia post and return address is in NSW. Clearly marked. Would cost more to return to China than the refund and that is what they are counting on. BEWARE BEWARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY. I sent them my original script and they say they made it to that order BUT all lenses are different !! I sent all photos asked and have email proof that I did plus they commented on the photos. I sent my script and they too commented on it. SO LYING AGAIN THAT I DIDN'T SEND THEM WHEN I DID. NOW GHOASTING ME. NO ANSWER TO MY EMAILS. NO REFUND BACK INTO MY PAYPAL. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Sorry, we just wanted you to send photos to see if the PD is correct or if the size of the frame is suitable for you, but you refused. We can definitely offer a refund. We are very sorry
