MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

I've bought previously and just like before, my prescription (progressive) is perfect and the glasses are great. I love that I can have multiple pairs to wear and it doesn't break the bank! The lens quality is fantastic.

The reader part is too high and blurs the vision part.

The eyeglasses were perfect, beautifull and good quality. The frames were absolutely amazing and exactly the one I saw in the page. The Service was really fast. Thanks

I ordered two pairs of glasses as there was a voucher. They eventually turned up, and it turned out I had put ab impossible prescription in. Most online prescriptions will flag this up, muukal did not. They did however email to query the colour of the lenses which I answered. I completely understand this is my fault, but surely this could have been flagged? They offer me a replacement of one pair, and I accept. They break after about 4 wears. I email in and they offer a voucher that doesn't even cover half. They also never replied to the first message I sent. Whereas firmoo have always had amazing customer service.

Llegaron con la receta perfecta, me en cantan son hermosos . A mi esposo también le gustaron mucho y con su receta hasta mando a comprar más gracias

My second pair are perfect. Shipping was good and timely. Better than Shipping on first pair. I will definitely buy again ☺️

the glasses are nice and was shipped fast

The glasses are a great fit; the only problem is that they took a long time to come, but they are very nice
