Refuse refund my money for glasses they made wrong. Wants me to remove my bad review before refunding only half of the money I paid! It’s has been on going for almost 2 months!

Frames are as expected. They are lightweight and look good. But I can't seem to find the right spot to be able to see properly. I've tried moving them up and down, further from my eyes and closer. Something is just off. But they were inexpensive... Also, these are apparently made overseas, then shipped from Texas. Takes a long time to get here.

Fast, Efficient, Polite, & Affordable. I was immediately contacted when a frame I selected was out of stock & given the option to choose an alternative. My prescription glasses were then promptly posted, in safe packaging.

I ordered three pair of glasses with my new prescription. They are great. The size is perfect. I had ordered from another company and they were never correct. I kept thinking I would get used to them but I could never see well with them. I finally gave up. In the end I realized the frames were too large. Not the case this time. I’m very happy.
