My prescription is not right . I can't see with them they are not crisp . When I put them on its like putting on a dollar store pair of readers. Not good quality 😕 . No the fact is you confirmed the prescription, so just exactly how was that done? So if your prescription is wrong its the customer's fault when you say you have confirmed it. Not good business at all . My word of mouth as directed 3 so far away from this poor company. Very bad customer service.

This was my first time ordering glasses from Muukal, and they really impressed me. I picked up two pairs—one with photochromic prescription lenses and one with polarized prescription lenses—both in a super stylish asymmetrical frame. Honestly, I only went with Muukal because they offer the exact frame shape and color I’d been hunting for. The turnaround was much faster than expected. Their estimated manufacturing and shipping window was pretty generous, but my order arrived within just a few days. They definitely under-promised and over-delivered in that regard. The frames feel solid and well-made. The arm joints seem sturdy too, though only long-term wear will tell. My prescription came out perfect in both pairs. I opted for all the premium lens coatings, though I haven’t thoroughly tested them yet. While Muukal does offer photochromatic lenses, they don’t offer the Transitions brand. My previous pair (purchased from a competitor) had Transitions Xtra Active lenses, which are designed to react in conditions where most photochromic lenses won’t—like inside a car. Because of that, it isn’t a direct apples-to-apples comparison. Even so, the photochromic lenses from this company perform well for everyday outdoor use. I’d love to see Xtra Active offered here in the future. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed and will be ordering again. I was skeptical and nervous due to the lack of consumer history, but I’m glad I ordered anyway.

I ordered and realized I didn't really have the money to pay . I canceled the order in 6 hrs after ordering as they said I could up th 24 hrs after I make the order. The response was slow from some reviews I viewed it as a scam. Well I woke up this morning and the money was back on my PayPal credit card and im happy. So I give it 5 stars on my part. I cant say what will happen to others but im happy

Glasses arrived quickly. All three have correct Rx. Very cute frames. And the price was great! I would recommend to my friends and family.
