I have a strong prescription and wear progressives. A pair of glasses from the Dr's office can run me upwards of $400. Muukal lets me get 3 pairs of progressives with all the bells and whistles for an amazing price. My new glasses are super cute and trendy and my vision through them is perfect.

Negative review was in error
I had previously written a negative review about customer service & it was a misunderstanding.
They contacted me promptly & we have resolved the issue. I would have taken down the negative review, but I didn’t know how. Sorry Muukal.

My sunglasses arrived damaged
My sunglasses arrived damaged.
I went to put them on for the first time & the lens popped out!
There were expensive & I would like to speak to a rep instead of emails not answered. So far, not happy with customer service.

Took advantage of the Three for $119…
Took advantage of the Three for $119 deal, and here's my experience.
All three were different frames and choose them by the specs published on the website. All should have fit, but one did not.
All lenses were 1.67 index and AR-coated. None of the frames were top-tier quality, and what I expected from entry level China product.
One was single vision for use when on computers
One was progressive sunglasses
One was progressive with magnetic sunglass/yellow lenses.
The computer prescription and frame were spot on, with minor distortion along the very lower part of the lens; the frame fitment was comfortable, lightweight, and not premium feeling, as expected.
The progressive sunglasses prescription was good, not perfect. Since Muukal doesn't ask for the progressive height from the center of the lens, it does require some head tilt to get some things in focus. There is some distortion along the sides. The reading portion is fairly narrow. The frame was different from my computer one but acceptable.
The last progressive one with the magnetic lenses is where the problem occurred. The published frame spec stated the frame was 140mm wide, which was within a few millimeters of the other two frames. The problem was with the arms of the frame. They wouldn't open parallel with the lens frame; the opening where the arms cross the temples on the side of my head was only 125mm. This was way too narrow to comfortably fit my face. If the arms were straight back, it wouldn't be a problem but since this frame did not have spring-loaded arms, this was a problem.
I reached out to Muukal's customer service, and they responded in about 48 hours and wanted photos, etc. Which I provided three times. On the fourth email, they said for me to choose a different frame and they will remake the one glasses.
Fast forward to me sending 4 emails since their last reply, I am no longer expecting them to make good on their "guarantee".😕
I have dealt with China-based companies for years, and this is expected when it comes to China vendors standing behind their products. Being of Chinese descent, I understand the "for profit" mentality of Chinese businesses, and once they get paid and they send what was ordered, that's usually when things will go wrong.
They totally bank on sales volume, and considering upsetting a small percentage of customers is acceptable because there's always another customer who is willing to pay. Refunds or reorders = losing money. While no business likes to lose money, customer service isn't important to many Chinese vendors because their business model is grab as many customers as they can.
Pros: Cost value for products, fairly quick turnaround (3 weeks), does the job.
Cons: Will not stand behind products; quality is good, not excellent.
Conclusion: Order with caution and set your expectations accordingly.

Spring Hinge
I had filtered on spring hinges and nose pieces. The frames I received did not have the spring hinges. The lenses were shorter than wanted also.
