The glasses fit well and I like the frames, but the reading portion of the progressive lens is not good, it is blurry. It is the same prescription as I sent to other online companies. I was disappointed on how long it took for delivery of the 2 pair of glasses I ordered. Delivery time from Zenni and EyeBuyDirect was very fast.

Price was great. Shipping was a bit slow. Glasses are exactly as pictured. They fit perfectly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The frames are great but I can't see clearly through the lenses. I finally got a local shop to check and mark the grind. The PD (sight location) is 70 instead of the needed 61 mm distance. Muukal ignores my text and there is no way to get them to help. Terrible experience. No customer service. The sent a $30 refund on the $72 purchase but I wanted glasses, and would still prefer the correct lenses.

Sorry, we have explained many times that it is not a PD error, but rather because these glasses are too big for you, and we have reached a refund agreement before, so what else do you need us to do now?

I really like one pair of the three glasses I chose, the other two are too large fore my face, it’s very hard to see them on you when buying them expecailly trying to see without your eyewear. I am going to see how to return the two pair and get something smaller. Finger crossed
