They got my order wrong and now they're saying it was my fault and not replacing them

I love the buy 3 for $119. I absolutely love the glasses I got however, one pair the frame out of the blue cracked. I had them on 20 mins. They were comfortable, fit well. Just cracked. Kind of freaky ! Looking on the website with how to return them.

While the frames were lovely the prescription you made is completely wrong. I checked and rechecked the script from my doctor when ordering so I don’t understand how the glasses can be so horrible. The sunglasses are worse than the regular ones but even the regular are completely blurry. That was my original review but after contacting them to tell them about the problem, they were quick to respond and after some back and forth we came to an agreement which took care of the problem. It’s nice to know your concerns are addressed in a timely manner with this company.
