I bought 6 pair of glasses from you and I am so unsatisfied with these cheap glasses. I only like one pair that feel solid, the rest are either super flimsy or the prescription feels off. The close range prescription are awful and are hard to use and see, I have to take them off to read.

One pair of glasses I ordered have small metal brackets on the bottom of the frame likely to hold the glass in. They are a visible problem when I wear them. They are going back. The other pair is perfect.

Ordered glasses using their 3 pairs offer. Uploaded prescription etc. Glasses were ordered. Out of the blue they cancelled order saying my prescription too high and they couldn't make them for price. No mention of this in their sales pitch. Terrible service They shouldn't offer the product if they can't honour it or put provisos on their website. False advertising

Hello, you have a total of three orders, but your prescription is as high as -12.00. We made the first two orders at a loss, and we cannot continue with the third order because we cannot continue to lose money. This is a fact, and it is unfair for you to send a bad review because of this. After all, we sent the first two orders at a loss. We apologize again

I received my glasses very quickly. The glasses themselves were wrapped quite neatly in the cleaning cloths inside of each hard shell case. The prescription seems to be accurate on all three glasses. Pricing was extraordinary!!! I definitely recommend Muukal Optical.
