I am not well versed in the language of screws. The descriptions on the website were not detailed enough for me to determine which product I wanted. I will call next time to get the exact thing I need. The quality is great.

My order was fulfilled in a prompt manner with the exception of (1) item which needed to be expedited from the manufacturer. This (1) item was un-duly delayed in shipping, but Mutual Screw did everything within their power to get the item to me as fast as possible.

I had ordered shoe covers for my Daycare in February 2015. I was satisfied the shoe covers came in a timely fashion. I placed the same order again on July 9, 2015. Mid July I had not received my order. I called and was promised a call back with a tracking number. I did not receive that call. I called again 3-4 days later and was promised a callback with another tracking number. I received a call and email with status info that I didn't understand on July 31. But I finally got my shoe covers order. Rating my experience 2 stars.

I had no idea that Mutual Screw & Supply was drop shipping my order, so when a box arrived with a different return address, addressed to someone I did not know at my address, I took the time to call the company on the return address. I got a fast speaking secretary, that had no idea what I was talking about, and who hung up on me while I was on hold. The second phone call got a knowledgable woman who figured things out for me quickly and assured me that the package was indead for me. Good product, decent shipping time, good price!
