I received the parts I ordered. But, unfortunately, found many of the screws had thread damage. And almost all of them had a damage at the bottom of the shaft which seemed to be a deep tool mark. So, at the advice of your sales department I returned the parts for replacement. I hope you can replace the parts with a different lot which will not have the damage seen on this lot.

I had ordered shoe covers for my Daycare in February 2015. I was satisfied the shoe covers came in a timely fashion. I placed the same order again on July 9, 2015. Mid July I had not received my order. I called and was promised a call back with a tracking number. I did not receive that call. I called again 3-4 days later and was promised a callback with another tracking number. I received a call and email with status info that I didn't understand on July 31. But I finally got my shoe covers order. Rating my experience 2 stars.

Didn't inform me of back ordered items, didn't acknowledge my email canceling the order and shipped it anyhow. On a positive note, they just had me refuse the package and didn't make a fuss.
