Absolutely the worst experience I have had in forty years of dealing with vendors. Poor order tracking(none),poor customer service (two e-mails and a phone call needed to verify order received),poor logistic service( had item drop shipped to wrong address). poor follow through(promised next day shipping to make up for lost time,but shipped ground) (promised discount and added product never given. I don't think this is really a brick and mortar company . It cant be. Two weeks and still nothing

I was personally greeted with a friendly email. I felt like I was their only customer. Shipping was fast and they kept me informed every step of the way. They have earned by lifetime business.

The ordering process was fine, the company kept me up to date during the whole process, they provided contact info incase I had any problems. I am very satisfied with the product, but the problem I have is the shipping cost was half the amount of the purchase. I was charged for one pound of shipping weight when the product weighed .9 oz. Also I thought I was purchasing set screws made in the USA but the box said Taiwan. Can someone tell me if the screws are made in the USA?

Everything was quick. The order was placed and shipped the next day. They contacted me and gave me the name of a person to contact for any info I needed, which I appreciate, especially when most everything is automated these days. I received my packages two days later. Good prices and great service. Definitely going to use them again
