Spoke with Jeremy who was so very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions and was able to provide clarity on the matters. Very impressed that I can ACTAULLY call an online business let alone speak directly to a human. This alone gave me confidence to sign up for the year. Also, not to mention their library is fantastic.

The MusicBed has the largest library of high quality music I've been subscribed too. I've been using them for a decade and remained subscribed since they started that option. The one thing that could make them better is having access to downloadable stems, something it feels like every other music licensing service is doing. Not having that flexibility in a project is pretty limiting & should be requirement for anyone catering to filmmakers.

The Client Specialist I was communicating with, Raquel Kenston, was very responsive. With customer service these days, I was expecting correspondence to last several days. Instead, Raquel answered my initial question and more within a few hours. Very happy with the service I received!
