I found myself in a delicate situation with a subscription I could not afford. However as a poor indie documentary filmmaker I could not afford the subscription which i was alerted after the firtst payment was made and i realized i hadn't canceled it. In the midst of freaking out and dreading how my wife was going to kill me, I reached out to customer support and low and behold in a very short time, the amazing and wonderful Katie reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know my story and why I needed to cancel me subscription. She was understanding and with no hesitation, canceled and refunded the payment. In our business this kind of customer service is not just unheard of but virtually non existent. Because of Katie, MusicBed now has a customer for life and i will be featuring MusicBed's customer service in my next YouTube video. I can not say enough good things about this company.

I love their music. Particularly the variety of indie music. I haven't run out of music to use in my videos. Their support team is very quick to respond to email queries and also patient which has been a pleasure.

Always brilliant music choices and ability to tweak searches with so many options to get exactly the sort of music you want. LOVE the ai music finder feature, where you input commercial music, and it shows you similar tracks that you can license. I recently made an error when downloading a track and customer service were fantastic (and quick!) at helping me out to ensure I got the correct track at no extra cost. Highly recommend.
