While the service is okay, Music bed will trap you into an inescapable subscription. They make it impossibly difficult to cancel your subscription and charge you $114 in order to cancel. So if you are considering MB as a temporary or trial solution then look elsewhere. - Since they replied, ask yourself, "Why would I be limited to being able to cancel my subscription to 30 days prior to the renewal period?" The only answer is that they intentionally try to make it as difficult as possible while being able to say, "technically we give you a small window to cancel your subscription!" This is a DIGITAL service, it should not require a cancelation window or cancelation fee to cancel the service. It's just shady business practice that I hope to bring to light so less people get scammed like me.

They will trick you to a yearly subscription (with 12 installments being the fine print) to a music subscription service that doesn't match their -many- competitors in either quality or value.

Be Careful When Subscribing to Musicbed I want to warn other creators — especially small YouTubers — to be very careful before subscribing to Musicbed. I am a tiny content creator and had uploaded only my first three personal, non-monetized vlog videos. None of them had more than 300 views, and my channel doesn’t promote any business in the traditional sense. But let’s be honest: Almost every creator has some connection to their profession — maybe a book, a skill, or just sharing their life. That’s normal. That’s what YouTube is for. Despite this, Musicbed contacted me and said my videos violated their Creator License because my YouTube page had links connected to my work. They wrote: “Each video and YouTube landing page cannot feature links to products for sale, businesses, or additional services… Removing the videos is not an acceptable solution… You must either buy single-song licenses ($350/song) or upgrade your subscription.” For me, this was shocking and disappointing. I genuinely believed the Creator License covered small creators using music in simple videos. Instead, I was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars per song or upgrade to a $1,000+ license — for three tiny videos with almost no views. In my opinion, asking for such high fees from small creators, especially for minimal, personal content, is unfair and goes against what creator platforms should stand for. If you’re thinking about subscribing to Musicbed, read the fine print very carefully. What looks like a simple creator-friendly license can quickly become expensive and complicated.

BE AWARE!!!!!!! Musicbed is a horrible service. They sold me a license to music, that instantly got claimed, they would not respond to the support inquiries to remediate it then weeks later threatened me that I needed to pay their upgraded business tier license or else. When I wouldn’t, they claimed I cancelled my subscription and they filed a copyright strike against me to be vindictive, all while I still had a valid license. DO NOT USE MusicBed. Crap music, worse service and total scam operation that are just trying to shake you down as a small creator.

I recently signed up for Musicbed’s free trial to explore their platform and access a few songs. I only downloaded one track and didn’t realize that the trial would automatically renew into an annual business subscription of over $1,000 unless canceled in advance. As soon as I noticed the charge, I reached out immediately to explain the mistake. The team was polite but completely inflexible. Even though I had not used the subscription, they refused to cancel it without charging a $300 cancellation fee, on top of the $100 first monthly charge that had already been billed — a total of nearly $400 for nothing. I fully understand the need for company policies, but this situation shows a total lack of empathy or flexibility toward honest user mistakes. Many creative professionals like me (I’m a photographer from Spain, just starting my career) simply cannot afford to lose this amount for a service we never used. I genuinely hope Musicbed uses the money I’ve paid through this unfortunate experience to improve their transparency and customer support, so future users don’t face the same problem. Sadly, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Subscripted from 2018 paying full price every year, accepted price rises until this year, found that $839 was too much this year to renew, and was shocked to see that they would offer it to me for like 40% off halfway on the renewal cancelation process. So i was paying full price for 8 years and there was a way of getting it for 30-40% off by just trying to cancel.. if you could sell it to me for 500, dont try to renew it for 840. plus forcing the cancellation of renewal to be limited to the last 30 days of a subscription, seems unethical to me. Edit :They also tried to activate some request for more details from trust pilot to try to get my review taken down. Imagine how many bad reviews end up deleted. Edit 2: and they lie. From trust pilot email: "Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline."

Been a subscriber since 2017 and felt like $840 was a bit much. Tried to cancel my renewal and their website wouldn't allow it. I forgot to follow up and saw $840 auto renewal payment a month later. On the same day I tried to cancel the payment and get a refund via email and they flat out refused to cancel and refund! Do not use musicbed!
