This service is simply awful.
This service is simply awful. I upload few YouTube videos. One out of every two videos I upload triggers copyright claims for songs from my Musicbed subscription. The worst part is that after spending a month editing a video and basing the entire edit on the music, I got another copyright claim. The guy who's supposedly in customer service said they hadn't received any notification of copyright claims for the music I used, which, of course, belongs to them. I insisted he resolve the issue, but he simply stopped responding. I have proof and screenshots of everything I'm saying. It's the worst service of its kind I've ever used. Imagine paying over thirty dollars a month only to have copyright problems with the music you're paying for. I will request to terminate my contract and I completely advise against this service. It's not worth it when there are other options that never give you problems.

Hi Alejandro, thank you for your candid feedback. I really appreciate the time you took! I took a look at your contact history, and it seems like every time you reached out regarding a copyright claim, our team responded asking for more information to help you resolve the claim (like a link to the video in question) but from what I can see you generally did not respond to their requests for more information. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove claims unless we have a link to the video. (UPDATE: it appears there was a second email thread from an email address not associated with your subscription, thanks for helping us sort that out!) If you're open to it, I'd love to jump on a call and walk through your process to see how we might adjust your workflow and help eliminate some of those claims! Since we are a rights-managed service, with real, authentic artists, copyright claims do arise. However, our system is designed to clear those automatically, so I want to make sure everything is working as intended for you! Thanks again for your time.
