Very straight forward with excellent demos for each exercise before a timed session. Distributed 15, 30 seconds or 1 minute rest periods for every session. No workout stress or tax any part of the body. Ability to repeat previous sessions is a benefit.

I enjoy the whole program. Working out to Tai Chi, Strength, Chair, and Military Calisthenics. I consistently get a good workout from these fitness categories. Especially, when the workout is about 15 to 20 minutes long but somewhat intense.

I like the program but I finished it (strength & military calisthenics) and contacted you for new programs in these areas, but was told that you did not have new programs, so I’ve been threw them again.
