I don’t know I could say things are great but the AI assistant quickly responded to my questions with accurate help. As a new client I suppose I will be able to navigate through the app and find what I’m looking for, to the extent the app provides.

After I had registered a d paid my fee, I had an unexpected cha ge in my health that made me unable to participate in the program. I simply asked a refund. I didn't go into detail about my issues. Within minutes the processed my request and refunded my fee This is a fiest-claas, well-run company. I highly recommend this website.

Some of the moves are difficult while sitting in the chair as my knees and shoulder are bad. But otherwise, I'm satisfied with the movements and the guy is very articulated, and also I'm not losing any weight yet, but it'll probably take a while.

In October 2025 I purchased a one off, one month Tai Chi program for $15.65. There was no renewal or mention of a monthly subscription which is the main reason I purchased it. Two months later I start getting charged $40.12 on the 22nd of every month. I didn't notice this until recently. This is fraud and I have contacted my card company. I also noticed on Trustpilot someone else with exactly the same experience. I notice in their reply they are implying that renewal subscriptions were overlooked. NO they were not. They were not mentioned anywhere. It was a one off purchase of $15.65 for one month access.

Realy enjoying the changes made to the app. Butwould say that sometimes that the pause between reps could be a little shorter ie the gap before the 15 second countdown. I love the end of rep jingle, its a good improvement

Some of the movements do not show the correct way to do the exercise very well. Been on the program for a month and the “promised” results are not as advertised. Will give it one more month to see tangible results.
