Excellent experience
After I had registered a d paid my fee, I had an unexpected cha ge in my health that made me unable to participate in the program. I simply asked a refund. I didn't go into detail about my issues. Within minutes the processed my request and refunded my fee This is a fiest-claas, well-run company. I highly recommend this website.

The videos were very well done
The videos were very well done, allowing me to follow the instructions easily, and they increased in degrees of difficulty at a nice pace. The results have been more than I had expected, so I’am very pleased with the experience.

I had a problem with the app freezing…
I had a problem with the app freezing on the opening screen and despite reinstalling the app it would not go past the opening screen, I got on the chat to seek help and within seconds a very helpful lady called Samantha had the problem solved. I could not fault her speedy and professional customer service

Very straight forward, easy to follow
Very straight forward with excellent demos for each exercise before a timed session. Distributed 15, 30 seconds or 1 minute rest periods for every session. No workout stress or tax any part of the body. Ability to repeat previous sessions is a benefit.
