I had a difficult time downloading and installing the program. I wanted so much to get started in the program but the technical problems continued and frustration was growing. The folks from Muscle Charge like "Ria" would not let it go. She was genuinely concerned about helping me with my goal. I finally ended up downloading the program and began right away. Hallo everyone! I am doing 16:8 fasting for a month now. I dropped down 5 kg, from 101 down to 96kg and I shall continue. This company has poor customer service, beware hidden auto renew subscription. They stuff you around for a month still no reimbursement from a renewal not notified about prior withdrawing funds.
