I placed a order on June 18th out of curiosity with "foreign" sweets. They say boxes usually ship within 24 hours. NOT. After a week with no word from them, I sent an email. Alas, they said the box shipped. NOT. The DHL tracking page said a label was created but as of today. June 27th, they have not received the box. Another email and brush off from their customer service prompted me to file a complaint with BBB. I also spoke to a lawyer who is considering a class action against these shysters for their deceptive practices. They have no shame. Stay away from them.

The customer service is complete shat. A bunch of liars with bad attitude. The shipping takes like 2 weeks. Bs

This companys customer service is trash. They lied to me saying they shipped my order on May 21st and it still hasnt arrived. The shipping link they gave shows label not created. Their customer service employees keeps saying they will send my order and it still hasnt come a month later. I cancelled my subscription. I have the numerous emails and screenshots catching them in their lies. Pathetic.

My family and I signed up for the monthly 5+ box. This last few months we have been receiving barely 3 items and one of the items is from our hometown. We had to cancel and find another box. Don’t waste your time. It’s cheaper to get snacks from your grocery store.

Told I had expected delivery today, yet still hasn't been recieved by USPS. Although they have had my item for a few days now an are only 30 minutes away. Where is my package at? I'll come get it myself with it being so close!!! ***UPDATE*** Package arrived 5-3-21. I also want to add that I live in an apt, an they say your box will be delivered to your front door but it was left at the leasing office instead. Giving 2 stars now b/c at least the treats aren't bad. First and last time buyer!

Don't send to your military loved ones. It will never get there. And they also charge you for shipping in addition to the low monthly rate. Just don't do it.

Started a subscription that was 20 a month for a year and it only went for 1 month and immediately went to 30. When asked why it didn't stay at the discounted rate I signed up for they just said the discount was only for 1 month. It's pretty much garbage candy from other countries outdated dollar stores in my opinion

Stay away from this deceptive company. MunchPak convinces you with false advertising to order a "one time box" only to surprise you with recurring shipments at higher prices. Still working to resolve my case with these people, but am afraid I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. On the other hand, we have had good experiences with their competitor, Universal Yums. They are a legitimate company and a better alternative.
