Had an issue with admin abuse, the server was closed down before I even reported it and they got back to me the same day. Can't really fault that!

I have 3 servers from Multiplay and all of them run fine with no issues, support contact me if they notice a issue and they just fix it with no issues. I have 1 Rust server, 1 Minecraft server and a TS3 all of which were easy to setup and and configure. Easily recommend them.

After i had waited a few hours to get the server to get setup, Implementing addons and configuring settings have been rough with missing functions keeping me up to 2:30am attempting to get it running smoothly with no avail. I will however say that the site is very user friendly and with some tutorials and instructions on how to work some minimal coding and you'll be fine.

I have been using these guys for years now for a Mumble Server for my WoW Guild. We raid 20 man 3 times a week, so having reliable comms is crucial for us. We rarely have any problems at all - but on the odd occasion we do, the customer service is first class. No 'out of hours', so if we do have an issue during the evening, we can contact someone no problem. The response time is excellent and the guys are knowledgeable and resolve issues REALLY fast. Minimum disruption, maximum service - would buy again. 10/10 cookies!

Service has been fantastic and when an issue arised, they responded to the emails very fast and was very informative on the issues at hand and resolve the issues quite fast, Service has been really great with multiplay. Keep up the great work

I've used this company on and off for the past few years. They are my go to for any game I might want to host a server for. From memory, I can not remember one time where they took longer then a few minutes to respond to an issue I've had. It leaves me in awe every time. Not only do they respond extremely fast but also resolve the issue as well. No exaggeration, I just had a small issue starting a new server (12:30 am us eastern time) and I got a response within 15 seconds of opening a ticket. Not only was it a response but they fixed the issue without me even having to reply. If I could give more stars I would.
