Needed cheap and easy to handle server to play Starbound with several friends of mine. Multiplay appeared exactly the service I needed!

The support is out of this world, but the servers are alright. The control panel is very confusing, so you might need some help figuring it out

Per S.
- The clanpay function should not require registration - It should be more easy to change billing plans

Service was great. Only canceled because a free service was available.

Doug
When the teamspeak servers worked they were great. However there were several periods where it was unusable in the evenings with everyone sounding like robots. Pretty annoying when you're in the middle of a competitive fps game and can't effectively communicate. I brought this up with their tech support and was pretty much just mugged off. It eventually sorted itself out but it's for this reason I cancelled my subscription and will be looking elsewhere. UPDATE: after 2 months I still haven't received a reply from the customer service team as promised below. Knocking this review down to 1 star for totally lying to me to make themselves look better on here. AWFUL!

Hi Doug, Thanks for taking the time to write this feedback. I've looked back at the support ticket you raised. Unfortunately, it seems that you raised the issue on an unmonitored forum and as a result, you didn't receive a response in an acceptable time. We've since removed this forum to ensure we maintain acceptable response times through our ticket system at support.multiplay.co.uk. I have asked the team to contact you to discuss your account and see if we can keep you on board. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thanks again for the feedback. Chris MPGS
