Servers aren't fast enough to run mods which is unfortunate. No remedy available. Good price though and the rest of the customer service experience was good.

I have used multiplay servers for many years on and off as needed, they really are up most of the time. I have the least ammount of technical problems out of any host I have ever used. Their clanforge admin panel for managing games is the most helpful I've used yet. I'm still using them now and will continue.

I had a teamspeak server with Multiplayer. Me and my community staff put a lot of effort into our teamspeak. I as the buyer of the server left my job so I wanted to cut back on as much fees as possible. I was then told that I couldn't be given a backup of the server because it was too much effort unless it's multiple servers. So I now have no choice but to pay for the server anyway unless I want all the progression to go down the drain. I like multiplay in general I've just had a bad experience with this being my first server bought from them.

Hello Cameron, I'm really sorry that you feel this way about your experience with our system. With teamspeak, we can provide you with a snapshot of your server, but this is not a backup. It can be used to restore a server, but it may not work if you try and restore the server on a different system (If you tried to move over to a new provider or run the server on your home PC) The backup system creates a backup of all the servers on a machine. These backups can be used to restore the servers, but it would need to be done for all servers on that machine. We can not restore a single server at a time due to limitations on our system. If you wanted, we can make sure that your server never truly deletes from our system. This means that when you were ready, you could renew the server and it would come back as it was before :) Thanks, Mike
