A little stutter and complications in the beginning, but we got help by the devs within a day and got the server up. once we got the server running we had no further problems.

Easy and quick setup. Little bit of trouble loading my Factorio saved worlds. Have had to contact support but they were able to resolve.

The hosting was targeted by a DDOS and didn't notify me. I had to ask why I couldn't reach the server. There was no way to retrieve any save games, and things got worse. Once the server became reachable it became evident that everything was gone! I lost all my stuff that was on this server. This is unacceptable for any hosting. Secondly, the control panel provided by this hosting is terrible. If you want to upload your save game you have to fill out a request and upload the file AND WAIT for someone to put the file in place. How crazy is that? This may be one of the cheaper hostings, but it comes at a price. EDIT: I filed a lot of support tickets. The support crew replied but couldn't do anything for me.

Hello Mortu, I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some issues with your server. From what you've described, it does not sound like your server was DDoS'd, as these do not cause the server to lose all of it's worlds or in game items. The service is great i like it a lot and i would recommend to somebody else, its reliable and fast, the only 1 negative thing its the support ticket sometimes takes a lot to be answered but everything else is just fine

Serwers are great, there is very good support. I didn't like panel that match, it feels very old. Price is good.

The server is reliable and quick, but, despite supporting both stable and experimental builds of the game, mod support is frustrating. With no support for multiple versions, it's a bit of a lottery what will work with what you choose to play. There is the option to upload the mod files, but it's a pain to convince them to actually install them, and interactions with support staff on this issue are frustrating. It seems that, on one occasion, I was lied to about there being both versions available, too, and about there having been any communication about the fact.

Hello Isobel, I must apologise for this. Our system is set up so that our support team manually add the addons and mods to the system. These are then available on each server under the addons tab. These should only the require a single click in order to add them to your server.
