I wanted to cancel my order because it was too expensive. But that wasn't possible anymore because apparently they work very fast there getting your order out. But the customer service was very good and nice. They found a fitting solution for me that I was happy with. So thumbs up for their customer service.

Muddymat’s customer Service is above approach! My order accidentally went to an incorrect address. They replied immediately to my concern and are mailing me another mat today without question! Highly recommend!

The mat didn't work the way they said it would and customer service is a nightmare. I'm pretty sure it's AI because you get the same rote responses and they ask the same questions repeatedly. Never again

I was having trouble with delivery and their customer service replied to me immediately. Very impressive! The rugs are so soft and the color of seafoam was really the color of seafoam. I recommend highly!

I purchased a small muddy mat and have placed it in my bathroom next to my kitty litter box. It has worked great in that my kitty wipes his paws on it and the kitty litter is now not scattered all over the floor.

Easy to order, sizes and colors really matched my order. Delivery was quick. I use them to keep little human feet from running in the house wet from the pool, my wood floors are protected and the mats don’t slip.. I put one beside my bed they just feel so nice.. I received a large bed, but it wasn't as fluffy as the one shown on the website. When the company noticed I was not happy, they promptly sent another, even fluffier bed, and now my pup is overjoyed!

We have Muddy Mats in entryways, and they keep muddy paws clean, also have couch protector . Dog and cats share, they love it, and the service is great.
