I ordered three entry way mats to keep the dirt traffic down. Somehow from my cell phone, duplicate orders were entered and charged. I requested a cancellation of the duplicate order and refund and Muddy Mat did just that. This company is great, has great products and has great Customer Serivce. I have also ordered Ped Beds from them which my pups just love!!

When you offer B2G1, then have your stock on hand. Communicate with your customer. I don't mind waiting, but I didn't hear squat until I started commenting on social media ads. Then I was told,"your free color is out of stock". You have 3 choices: Cancel, accept just the 2 Mats or wait until the 3rd mat color is available. Receipt was 5 weeks from order date. I absolutely love my Muddy Mats in my bathroom for general use, plus we have cat litter boxes. Amazing product for catching litter but not transferring to people feet. Love the one in my foyer to catch the mud/leaves/water that the coir mat outside the front door didn't catch. Durable, easy to shake out or wash, no fading! Product is great,CS could use a tuneup.

These mats are great for all around floor care . I’ve ordered twice now and will be ordering more!

The products work! I live in the country and have 3 inside dogs, and a lot of sand outside... it helps cut down on the mess.

Arrived quickly to our new home that had slippery stairs (once I got the stairs clean). They adhere wonderfully, make the stairs so much safer, look beautiful, are easy to clean, & are extremely comfortable to walk on. I plan to get a matching square Muddy Mat for the small landing where the stairs turn too.

All the products I've gotten perform and appear exactly as advertised. Have 3 Muddy Mats and a Muddy runner for the kitchen... We have an old dog who has trouble navigating wooden floors. The Muddy Matt runners are perfect for him. Also have 4 of the large dog beds, 2 for the Bedroom and 2 for the TV Room. Our younger golden thinks they are a pillow so she hugs them while laying on the floor. Our 11 year old loves his and I feel good that he has the cushioning for his hips. Before we got these, he tended to lay on the floor rather than his other beds. Keep up the good work!

Muddy mats have been wonderful. I am disabled and have difficulty cleaning my floors. My dog loves to sleep on them. They do not slip on the floor and I love the colors. I have 6 in different colors and sizes.

Kind of work. I have a 6 ft long one and only removes 5% of what the dog tracks in. Absolutely not worth the price
