I purchased the medium Red Muddy Mat bed for my 13 pound Tinki . She loves it. I am happy I got the medium even though it's big....she stretches out in it and looks so cute. Love the quality and it will be easy to wash the cover. As an aside, I have the Muddy Mats bathroom rugs and mats for the back door. Love them too.

I ordered 2 smaller mat with the intent to set them at my bathroom counter. I didn't like it and decided to return for 1 larger mat. When I reached to customer service, they were very prompt. They offered me to keep the mats and give me a gift card toward future purchase. This was great as I can repurpose the mats in another spot in the house and order the larger mat for my bathroom. Win, Win! The products are excellent and work exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Muddy Mat!

We purchased 4 Muddy Mat items because we had heard good things about the products. When our order arrived, it should have been 4 items but we only received 1 item. Wasn't really sure about what to do. We waited a few days in case the remainder of the order might come but it didn't. I was contacted about my satisfaction with the order and I conveyed to them that my order was incomplete. They requested a copy of the packing slip which I provided. Within am hour, they apologized and are sending me the rest of my order. That is above and beyond service after the sale. The item we did receive works perfectly as claimed. I won't hesitate to do business with them again and strongly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent product

Our new cooling blanket is Bella approved. She immediately went to it and curled up and cooled down. Our Texas heat does effect her and your cool blanket helps tremendously. I totally recommend it to anyone who cares about animals and making them cool and comfortable. Thanks Frankie B Shiner, TX

update to review- I have spoken with the company and they have sent out replacement mats for the two damaged and assured that the 60 day guarantee will be waived if the other mats from my original purchase become damaged when they are washed next. I am so disappointed in these Muddy Mats. I wanted to love them because they were great for a short time. My mats were delivered July 31. They have been washed 3 times and they are ruined, coming apart at the seams and sticking together so they don’t lay flat. I paid 79.09 for four mats that are not usable on September 1.

Muddy Mat’s customer service is top notch! They were quick to respond and resolve my return issues.
