I have no complaints about the small mats that I ordered. I found the purchase process on originalmuddymat.com to be confusing and almost deceptive. I was using the Edge browser, and it wouldn't accept my VISA card, so I switched to my Discover card. During checkout, I kept getting pitches to buy more products and when I didn't add it to my cart, the price was lower on the next popup or page. I was supposed to get free shipping but that was confusing as well. I gave up and did not complete my purchase ($67.96) or so I thought. I switched from my PC to my phone and my VISA card worked. This time, the price was $59.85 (probably the free shipping). The process on my phone was much more straightforward than on my PC. A few days later, I received two packages of mats. I called to return one set, and the rep said I needed to pay for return shipping. I balked at that because I KNEW I had NOT completed the first order. I said that I would dispute the charge with the Discover card company. First, the rep offered a $9 credit to keep the order, then a $19 credit to keep the order. I declined both offers. The rep then offered me a $31.92 credit. I decided to accept that.

I absolutely love my Muddy Mat! I purchased it a few months ago and it has been a game changer for my home. As someone with pets, I'm constantly dealing with muddy paw prints on my floors. The Muddy Mat has been a lifesaver in trapping dirt, mud, and debris before it gets tracked into my house. The mat is made of high-quality materials that are durable and easy to clean. I simply shake it out or use a hose to rinse it off when it gets dirty. The textured surface does an amazing job at scraping mud and dirt off of shoes and paws. Another great feature is the large size - it covers a good amount of space at my entryway, so I can wipe my feet thoroughly before going inside. I put in an order 7/31 against my better judgement after reading some of the shady reviews. I got a payment confirmation email but still have not received shipping information. The payment process was terrible - you’re prompted to pay for like 20 other things before you get to the page where your order is complete. Worst part: the next day I had several fraudulent charges on my credit card, and this was the only recent purchase I made on this card. They do not keep your information secure, maybe actually even sell it. I would like a refund. Edit: my mat arrived, I never received shipping info, it just showed up. Still upset about the lack of info security.

We have one for our motor home. With 2 dutch shepherd, they bring in a LOT of everything. These rugs are great at catching so much. You don't realize just how much until you go to shake it out. Christine Seeber

Gotta say, I was skeptical but ordered one. I have three dogs and my yard has bald dog trails. We have a dog door so they can run in and out at will. Last rain, we had no muddy pawprints on the floor! Worked better than I had even hoped. I will be recommending.
