Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Excellent Delivery Service, Outstanding, Efficient Communication.

This company is a scam. All the reviews all show the same mat. The same mat they sent me, even though I purchased a beige runner. There is no way to leave a review on their website. No way to “find your order”. When emailed they sent me a generic email asking for a picture of the slip of purchase, which of course is what they sent me NOT what I ordered. Company is a SCAM do not buy… unless you want a $40 18x28 grey mat bc that’s all you’ll get, if you’re lucky!

I bought a Muddy Mat runner and loved it but the side ham started coming undone. I contacted muddy Matt they had me send them a picture and they replaced it for me quickly. I really like the product it reduces the mud coming into my house

So I ordered directly from MuddyMat $75 runner 9/23/24... Apparently I should've just ordered from Amazon because that's how it was supposedly shipped. 10/1 my package left San Bernadino warehouse, 10/1 my package is still waiting on pick up by USPS. Today is 10/7, after numerous emails and MuddyMat can't read their own tracking. They are telling me it's been shipped. IT HASN'T... I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND ALL I AM GETTING IS THE RUN AROUND... Next time order from AMAZON.

Great customer service experience, very good communications with prompt responses and delivery

I love the mats!!! They help keep dirt off the floor and that is great because we live in the country and the ground we walk on is either dirt or rocks. My dog also likes laying on the Muddy Mats. I started off with 3, now I have bought three more and a Cloud9 pet bed.

These mats are honestly amazing. I have 4 cane corsos who’ve created a mud bath in my garden right near the house, with a big muddy puddle by the back door, but with two of these mats in the kitchen, near the back door, they’re no longer tracking wet mud in to the house or leaving muddy paw prints all over my floors. I’ve tried various different mats before but these are AMAZING!! Super fast delivery too. Highly recommend 🤩

I have said before we use them in every bathroom. I have 4 in my bathroom. They are amazing and of course absorbent shower rugs. Plus we have one for the doggy door of course. Yesterday I ordered two of the 35 x 60 inch ones for each side of my bed, one for beside the guest bed and one more smaller one for a bathroom. I can't imagine using anything else now that I have started with these.
