Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Excellent product. Looks good and does the job. I have bought a second one!

While the product rugs seem to be working, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I just purchased two rugs off of Amazon from this company and they are advertising buy two and get one free. I called the company to say I never got the third rug. They said because I bought it through Amazon and not them directly that they won’t support their promise of purchasing two and get the third free. This makes no sense to me and it’s extremely frustrating that while they allow, other sites to sell their merchandise they won’t follow through with any special offer that they have guaranteed. Extremely disappointed with the rudeness of the woman from Customer Service and the disregard for customers purchasing their products.

Love these mats. We just got our set of two, A larger one for in front of our sliding glass patio doors, and a runner for our laundry room. Love them both so much and two friends have asked where we got them. Our cats won’t leave the runner haha. They are pretty, substantial and trap all the water and dirt. Wash up great. Look like nice plush rug when they are a functional mat!

I have bought several of these mats (maybe 10??) as we have a dog (Jack Russell Terrier named Cuarto - the 4th dog born to our female dog who died shortly after child birth) who is now almost 15 years old and has severe arthritis in his hips, and it is extremely difficult to walk on our tile floors —. Therefore, I saw these mats on FB and thought I would take a chance on them, (as I have bought others that slide & I have to constantly had to wash!) With these Muddy Mats, all you have to do is “shake them out” - I do not have to wash them much at all …so that is wonderful! They are also affordable and when they are on sale are really a bargain!I have not found them to slide around like most mats do. I am thrilled to find something that helps our sweet old dog! Thank you for developing these wonderful mats!!

Better than advertised!Bought my first mats two years ago.Just bought 4 more. I have a total of 8 mats! This time around I bought larger mats. We have two Aussies and we are in and out of the house a lot with the other animals and gardens. The mats wash well, and collect dirt and other debris. They are non slip and despite heavy use the mats always look great. Ordering was a breeze! Thank you, Joni Lydic

The best mat/rug if you have pets. For years, I had a regular rug by the back door and it would easily get ruined. Once I bought the Muddy Mat, I will never go back. It holds rain, snow, mud, debris, everything. I even bought more for my camper and our laundry room. They are washable and that is fantastic.

Love Muddy Mats good quality. I love they stay in place and are washable. Just bought my 2nd one.

Having a basset and two mini wire haired dachshunds, I and they can’t get enough of these mats. They make great door mats, car mats for dogs to sit on post soggy walk and to line their beds. Infact they like them so much I now have one on the sofa next to me as the dogs prefer it to the sofa. Highly recommend them.
