Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

It was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. The quality is outstanding and the non-skid really works!! Thanks, Paula Hudson

I got my mats and I absolutely love them. They do exactly what they are advertised todo . They also wash well, I highly recommend the MuddyMat

You can answer my emails for one thing. I ordered two + one free one rugs and have not received them yet. Ordered them on Dec.28 My computer will not let me track them. Thanks

I didnt believe it till i had them. these are miracle workers at keeping all the debris from our two German Shepherds out of the house. We live on a farm and the dogs get into everything and drag it in. But not since we put two muddy mats on the screened porch they come in through and another large one inside. They are amazing. So we got them each a bed and they love them. We are fans for life and recommend them to everyone. Oh and get the towels to dry your dogs, so wonderful. Eileen Wilhem

We love our muddy mat. It does exactly what its name is. Our garden has been a quagmire due to all the rain and the dogs are always in and out thankfully a lot of the mud stops on the mat and isn’t in the rest of the house. Thank you, muddy mat Worth every penny.

One of the worst experiences with dealing with a company. I started an order with Muddy Mat on line on 1/2/25 @9:32am. I wanted to show my husband what i was thinking of buying it..my granddaughter was climbing in me and accidentally hit the order button. I immediately went on the website and told the company I wanted to cancel my order immediately and why. No answer was given back. I sent another email again telling them I wanted to cancel the order in full. I looked at my checkbook and found within the first 10 minutes they had ran my order through the bank. I again emailed them and called them and was put on a holding cycle until after 45 minutes I hung up. Again today tried calling same thing and as I type this I'm again on hold! This is the most irresponsible company i have yet dealt with.

Dog loves his bed, door mat and crate mat

Still have not received a confirmation or tracking number and customer service does not answer the phone, call you back or respond to emails. I paid $120.00 dollars for mats and no one will respond
