I did not have any trouble ordering my Muddy Mats. I bought two and got an additional mat free. I did buy two packs of non slip rug grips but have only needed to use one set to keep the mat at the front door. The other two seem to stave in place just fine. I am pleased with my purchase and my experience!

I was really impressed until I washed it. I washed it using delicates liquid on a 30* wash, as I do with everything except sheets and towels. Now the stitching is coming undone in 3 places. The thread used is incredibly fine and woefully inadequate. Not acceptable for such an expensive mat. I replied to the email they sent after they saw this review and it led to nothing. No refund or new mat.

An awesome rug that dose exactly what it says it will do...its traps the dirt & crud from coming in my home. Washes beautifully and stays where you put it and even though it's thicker than the average rug, my husband dosent trip from it either! It's also a great price and fast shipping and so many great colors!!

The Muddy Mats are great! So very thick and soft..and all the colors, wow! I have ordered twice, delivery was quick!

Originally purchased 2 rugs and loved them and what they do. So I purchased 3 more. Then I told my nephew in Texas about your product. He purchased 3 dog beds and area rugs not only for the dogs but also for his son's bedroom. Your product is great and we all love them.

The Muddy Mats are the best mats that I have ever had at my doors. They trap all the snow, mud and wet that the dogs or the humans track in. No more foot prints. I also bought a small one to use as a bath mat. It is great. They wash so easy. I have had other "washable" mats that the backing crumbled in the washer and dryer. Love the mats for our pups. Nice and soft!

1) They are advertised as non-slip. Ours slides all over the floor. 2) Washed and dried according to directions. Dryer filter was filled with backing material. Piece of Chinese crap. Do not buy.
