I ordered 2 mats and a free one, after I put in my credit card number and details, I got a pop up telling me I was black listed??? No reason given.. I checked the number I had typed and all correct.. I tried a second time… same pop up … so I went to muddy mats Australia and tried to call them on the toll free number they have on the site.. but apparently that number belongs to no one.. now I’m worried my name address phone number and credit card details were all saved when I clicked to purchase.. Ps.. I’m not in Canada even tho it’s saying I am 🤨 Thank you.. I would really appreciate that, it’s worrying to see that they black listed me.. and that my personal details were out there.. Please let me know and if we can sort this out I hope I can get the mats at the discounted price plus a free one… 🙏

I love my Muddymats! I have them at the doors to help with wet muddy paws coming in. I also have them in my bathroom to replace the mats outside the shower. They are super absorbing and don’t slide. I still have a few new ones and will be putting one by my kitchen sink!! They are great!!!!

I love Muddy Mat rugs. I have 11 Muddy Mat rugs. I don't want to buy any other rug. They are do durable and washing and drying them is a breeze. Backing doesn't disappear in the washer. They are the best ever rugs. I have been using Muddy Mat rugs for over a year now. I can't believe I won't be able to continue to buy them. This is devastating.

Recently I had to “graduate” my area rugs because they became a tripping hazard (I had a stroke and have no balance). I found that my Muddy Mats are an awsome replacement under my chair. They truly keep my feet warm on my wood floors, and are truly slip resistant, so dont crumple up and dont cause a tripping hazard. Thanks Muddy Mat for such an awesome product. I look forward to recieving my outdoor, enteyway mat, and my dog loves his dog bed. It took a bit for him to get used to it (too fluffy) but now he sleeps on it all the time.

This company is great. The price are pretty good too. I start with the door mats and noticed my dogs were laying on them. So I went and bought the ex large rug and also the runners. Very happy dogs. So then I got a large bed for the bedroom floor for my almost blind diabetic rescue dog who doesn’t sleep in my bed anymore either the others. Seemed they all wanted to play in his bed so I bought 4 beds for the living room. This is one very happy house

Delivery was pretty quick & products were packaged thoroughly. Arrived just in time for my 18lb. grandpuppy's visit to my new home with new floors. Rolled out my entryway muddy mat & was very pleased. Kept grandpuppy's food & water bowl on the smaller mat, which kept my floor spotless! The true test will be the arrival of my 3 very large granddogs! I'm prepared with another long entryway mat! So far, so good!

Love Muddy Mats and so does my dog! The only thing was my last order was a different color than it looked online. But I still used them even though they don’t match the bathroom.
