Order checking experience
I contacted them because I didn't think the online ordering was not complete. They looked up via the information I gave and found the order. I felt like I had found a new friend with the help I recieved. They arrived on time and look great in my home. However, they do not fit under my entry doors. So, to the side they go for those wet and muddy shoes.

Great products and service
Great products! Service was excellent! The only problem I had was trying to take something off my order before paying. I contacted their service department after my order went through and was given a refund and had the item taken off my order right away. I received my items quickly. I will order again for gifts!

I really like Muddy Mats
I really like Muddy Mats, I originally bought them for my trailer but now I have bought them for the whole house. Customer service was prompt with a reply. Very nice to deal with.

I have 9 Muddy Mats through out my home…
I have 9 Muddy Mats through out my home and I love, love, love them!! We currently have 5 dogs and one is a German Shepherd whom sheds terribly bad. The muddy mats trap the hair and dirt for easier clean up

What I love & hate
What I love?? THEY WORK [ presently own 6 & have given 3 as gifts] What I hate?? The backing that 'shreds & comes off' after a couple washes!! Solution ideas; either don't put any backing on & sell a stay in place of the same size, or fix the problem of the backing coming off with repeated washes!!!
