My previous order for the mats went well and I really like them. I decided to order a larger mat and there was a bonus of a gift of free mits for drying a dog. When I got the confirmation for my order, I was charged for the mits that were supposed to be a free gift. Customer service took care of a refund for their mistake.

I bought a Muddy Mat and I liked it so much that I decided to buy more mats. I tried cheaper brands. Big mistake. One brand was OK but still lower quality. There were less loops in the carpet so thinner. Another brand has been a complete waste of money. It looks like it is years old instead of a couple months. I hope Muddy Mat keeps up with quality instead of trying to compete with low priced mats by cutting corners.

Initially there was deception about the pricing of the product (extra charges were added that were supposed to be free). But when I contacted Muddy Mat's customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and politely. Thank you

I had an issue with my order - reaching out by email was frustrating and futile. After several days of emailing back and forth it became clear that they were automated messages, posing as actual human correspondence. It was infuriating. But when I called they were fantastic and resolved everything quickly. I love the product, this was a third order with them!

The muddy mats hold up to the advertisement they are so soft but are very sturdy. My cat pulls on the loops sometimes to play and they are secure. They wash up and the colors are so vibrant and match all seasons. I use the orange and black for Halloween and the red and green for Christmas. Love the Atlantic blue for my kitchen and the navy blue for my living room. My cats are always laying on them so I'm going to purchase a small bed so she can have her own little muddy bed. Lol
