It was easy to place my order. Sorry, when I received them they were lighter than appeared on the ad. I decided to return them and had no problem doing it. The mats were as advertised, sorry I could not use them.

Love these Muddy Mats. They keep dirt from being tracked in from our puppy and from us. Customer Service so far has been great. We just ordered 3 more to put in front of doors and in front of our shower. Love the color.

My entire order has been held up for weeks because they were out of a certain color of a dog mitt that was just an add on item. They never informed me until I complained that I didn’t receive my order after waiting aImost a month. I told them to send me any color mitt and ship immediately. I waited another day or so and they answered me again, saying they were out of another unimportant add on item so they were still not shipping my order. At this point, I think this company is either a scam or run by highly incompetent people. If they don’t have the minimum brain power to ship an order, I doubt they can make a decent rug.

I love the product…SHIPPING DEPT HAS COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS-because they entered incorrect AND insufficient address info that did not matching the order address verified as submitted. Translation problem perhaps? My Local PO held the pkg for me noticing that the shipping address was incorrect so I was able to pick it up in person to divert the time to send it back -who knows how long it would have taken to resend it to me, if ever ! Your shipping dept needs to have checking verifications to avoid this kind of mistake in the future.
