Review of performance
Your representative was knowledgeable, pleasant, spoke English properly and understandably, helpful and just made the experience easy. The reps who can’t speak English properly just make me hang up the phone, but she was exactly what was needed!!! Keep her, give her a raise and hire more like her!!!
Response from Muddy Mat®Nov 1, 2025
Hi Lucy, we're pleased to hear our representative provided knowledgeable and helpful service that met your expectations. Your recognition is truly appreciated.

I have 5 and love them
I have 5 and love them. The only thing I find bad about them is the rubber backing starts to deteriorate after a few washings. I use them at my entrances and under my senior dogs pee pads. I will be ordering more. Ordering, shipping and receiving time was great.
Response from Muddy Mat®Nov 1, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Pam. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the rugs and appreciate your note on the rubber backing. We've sent a request for your contact info and order details to see how we can assist further.

Best ever area rugs!!…
Best ever area rugs for heavy traffic areas and also with pets. I have the large dog bed and my dog and cats love it. I also have three area rugs for my kitchen and laundry areas. They really trap the dirt, leaves, grass, and food crumbs or water drips and keep it off my floors!! I tried them to see if they work and they really do! They don't leak onto the floor either! Liked them so well that I ordered a second set of rugs in a different color.
Response from Muddy Mat®Nov 1, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Marianne. We're glad to hear the rugs are performing well in your home and that your pets love them too.
