The shipment is showing delivered but it is not. Had to reorder. Show delivery around mailbox. That should have been delivered to the front door. That is a reason for someone to steal it.

I purchased 5 of the mats. 1 has the dog print on it and I have it at the door where my little fur baby comes in. And miraculously it catches anything she might have on her feet. But she only comes through grass. But after the grass is mowed she does have a tendency to track a few blades of grass in. I love them and would buy again.
Response from Muddy Mat®Nov 4, 2025
Hi John, we're delighted to hear the mats are working well for you and your furry companion. Your satisfaction means a lot, and we truly appreciate your continued support.

Great communication and status updates after order. Product arrived quickly with standard shipping. Seems to be very good quality. Colors much more vibrant /deeper than appears on sample sheet on website. I might have ordered a different color if I'd seen what the real Teal color looks like.

Thank you for your feedback, Jalena. We're glad to hear your order arrived promptly and that you're pleased with the product quality. We appreciate your note on the color representation and will take it into consideration for future improvements.
