When I received my order it appeared it had been tampered with and I was missing a runner that I ordered. When I contacted Muddy Mat they were more than happy to take care of getting it replaced.

Usually when I buy something off the Internet I’m kicking myself for falling for their tricks yet AGAIN!! Not this time! Muddy Mats are well worth the hype. Muddy Mat do what they say they will do and don’t do. These mats collect not just the water, dog hair and they don’t slip!!!

Great experience…..good service and follow through. Will definitely let friends know about this good service and great product.
