Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have 3 x large muddy mats in my pool room, the bath mats in all 3 bathrooms and my dog has 2 of the beds, which he absolutely lives! I don’t think he’d sleep on any other bed now. Everything is so easy to through in the wash and except the xxl, they go to the laundromat! Worth every penny! Also have the drying towel for my dog which he also loves weather he’s wet or dry.

The Muddy Mat Dog Bed turned out to be two big lumps that cannot be formed into a comfortable "nest" for my dog. I tried putting it in the dryer (twice), placing heavy objects on top of it, etc. Nothing worked. It remains two big lumps and the vendor has unreasonable hoops through which consumers must jump to return the item. Also, it would be very difficult to wash--IF it were usable, that is.

Muddy Mat’s Cloud 9 Dog Beds are wonderful and quality made. Their customer service department is excellent, helpful, patient, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend Muddy Mats products and customer relations staff.

The first order got lost in transit. They looked it up, and sent out a new shipment (that arrived in about 5 days). The mats are very soft, fluffy and stay in place! Great customer service! If needed, I would buy again. (I wish all of my house was covered in these thick, plush rugs!

When wrote about not receiving all of my order I got an immediate response & my order arrived soon after. Thanks for excellent customer service.!

I have several dogs and absolutely love my Muddy Mats! They are soft, absorbent, and really do a great job of catching wet paws and keeping the mess off my floors. I recently received one in Atlantic Green and loved the color so much that I'm ordering another one. I've also shared my mats with a friend, and she liked them enough that she now wants two of her own. Even my dog groomer is interested in ordering some! I also received the Muddy Mitts as a free gift. My Golden Retrievers swim frequently, and they love having their faces dried with them after swimming. I've been very happy with the quality of the products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muddy Mat to other dog owners.

I ordered a mat for my dog after my friend Lucy brought one for her dog that I was caring for while she was on vacation. My dog AND my cat immediately took turns lounging on Lucy's mat. They loved it. Now my cat has taken it over entirely so I guess I need to get another one for my dog. Did I mention there are three other pet beds for them to choose from?

I tried 3 small in the beginning. Absolutely fell in love with them. Then I began to purchase more.i have muddy mats all over my house and garage as well. I also purchased 3 of the dog beds. My girls love their bed as well!! They arrived quickly and no problems like yoù have with most of the things you order.
