I was very hopeful about your product being good for me! I have two small dogs and a back yard that is muddy a lot of the time! My hardwood floor around your mat is always covered with footprints! Very disappointed and would not recommend this product!

Ordered the K9 pet beds, arrived in a timely manner, the only problem I have is that the dogs won't sleep on them but the cats love them. The dogs will occasionally lay on them during the day, so it's not a total loss, lol. I feel like it was a good purchase as they are well made.

I never received my delivery. After tracking my order, I saw that it was “undeliverable” and called customer service to give them a different address. Again, tracking and email from delivery service shows “undeliverable!” I am so dissatisfied with the lack of customer support. I paid through Venmo and have never received an explanation for lack of delivery or a refund.

Good quality! One of my dogs never wanted to sleep on a "pet" bed. It took his awhile, but he sleeps well on it. We also have 2 door mats that are great !

After 3 weeks of waiting for the product i asked for a refund Really upset Never buy something in this brand !!!

My husband has a problem walking. As he walks he needs to shuffle his feet. All other bathmats have caused tripping. Muddy mats stays securely in the floor outside the shower. It absorbs the water on his feet IMMEDIATELY! He now is safe taking a shower. Thank you for creating this product!

Muddymat products are exceptional. Quickly received and exactly what I ordered, and a WONDERFUL price in sale. I had an issue with one item, and they rapidly refunded me for that. It's my second order with them, and the quality of product is superb. Another issue I had not related to the order was quickly and professionally resolved. Love the colors and quality of the 7 muddy mats and 2 muddy mat dog beds. They wash up great and my dog loves her beds which also launder beautifully. Just wish it didn't take so long for shipment of the products.
