I have texted numerous times as well as sent you a letter asking how to return two (2) muddy mats that are the wrong color (grey). The smallest rug is the correct color (tan/beige). I don’t know what else to do. My first choice would be to exchange the grey ones for the tan/beige ones. Second would be to return them all back to you and get a refund of my money for which I would need a return label. Please do something! Right now you have me hanging in limbo.

I purchased 2 Muddy Mats in January 2026. Unfortunately there was some defective stitching so I contacted Muddy Mat Customer Service to report the issue. Muddy Mat responded immediately and requested ordering info and pics. While it took a number of exchanges, all was resolved. In my opinion Muddy Mat has an excellent Customer Service program. Regarding the product I am finding it be more than adequate. We have an open door home with 2 very messy pups and frequent canine visitors, so tracking in dirt is an every day occurrence. Muddy Mat has cut down a noticeable amount of that mess. Also our pups love the Muddy Mat in their crates - soft, warm, easy to clean. We will also be using Muddy Mat in our 5th wheel while traveling with the pups. Overall good product and excellent Customer Service. Thank you Muddy Mat.

My order was lost in transit but Customer Service kept me advised that it would re-ship another order for me. They kept close communication through the process, honoring my preferences and checking in with me, keeping me updated. They treat their customers with respect, just as a customer likes to be treated...with excellence.

I have bought several mats, 3 in all. Different sizes and colors. I just bought my 4th, the XL mat in army green for my sliding door. When it arrived it looked more like sage green in the package. When I opened it and laid it out it's a brighter green, not army green. Not the color I was expecting and it doesn't really look the best with my decor but I do love the functionality of the mats, they b truly are great especially with 3 dogs.

I have 2 picky beagles, especially about their beds! From the first day, they loved them. We also take the beds with us on trips! The beagles are now calm while they ride!

When I ordered muddy mats, it was supposed to be $68, when my payment went through it was one $113.16. I immediately got on and requested cancellation of purchase. Should have been canceled, yet I never got my money back and Then I got the rugs in the mail. Never open in them have spent a month trying to do a return. They send me emails back saying that they’re having problems generating return labels. And say they’ll get back to me which they have not once gotten back to me. I feel like I’m out my money, and the mats are flimsy crappy rags as far as I’m concerned!

An excellent product and promptly delivered. I have two giant dogs and this has stopped them tracking mud everywhere. I have several and highly recommend them.
