I was VERY skeptical about the efficacy AND the sale price when I saw an advert on FB. I reluctantly bought a couple/three and gave it a shot. Well after one week I went to shake them out and my mouth literally was agape! so much dirt came out it was hard to believe. I live on a gravel, sand, dirt road and driveway. These mats have become a mud savior in my home!

Poor customer service. They do not stand behind the 60 day guarantee advertised on their site. Customer service is AI generated responses. They make it virtually impossible to do a return. I purchased the outdoor mesh mat and it is not quick drying as advertised. Turns in to a puddle every time it rains and stays wet for days which defeats the purpose of an outdoor mat. ***Update: The company reached out after I posted this review and I sent a video documenting the issue. They offered a refund to make it right.

I already bought 9 mats, they are great, BUT now that I do not have animals and I am still using the mats, Muddy Mat will not stop promotions, messages, emails, I have asked politely to take all communication out...but they still send something every week.....annoying!!!! And this has been going on for years, and I have it in my scam box

They are falsely advertising. The backing is crap and they don't clean your dogs feet that great!!

I visited muddymats.com to consider dog beds. At the site's request, I provided my email and phone number in exchange for advertised “70% off” pricing. However, the resulting “sale” prices were identical to the prices currently offered by Muddy Mats for the same products on Amazon. More disturbing is the reference pricing used to imply a discount. For example, their 40x40” Cloud K-9 dog bed is represented as “regularly” $366. Public 90-day pricing history on Amazon showed the product selling between about $93 and $120. I have screenshots verifying this. If this product was never openly offered and actually sold for $366 for a meaningful period, then representing it as a former or “regular” price is deceptive and possibly illegal. I wrote to Muddy Mats to ask for substantiation of the price, but they never provided it.

I love these rugs. I have three runners mainly for my older (13) Golden for traction on hardwood or vinyl flooring. I also have another Golden and these rugs are great for trapping wet paw prints! I will advise not to try and wash a runner in a normal machine. Mine quit on me as the rug is so heavy when they are saturated. I would suggest a laundromat with heavy duty machines but other than that they are great! Love all the colors too! Susan Andrews

I am very pleased with the results I received. The first order of the bath rugs never came in. When I notified you I was pleased to see that you were going to send out a replacement. Great service. I have ordered many of your rugs in the past and love them all.

Works Great. I have two large muddy dogs. I have had one medium Muddy Mat for a year. Placed in my garage at the kitchen door. It takes care of the muddy footprints before they get in the house. Love it. I might get a second mat for the front door to take care of those muddy humans.
